Membership with Credit Union Plus is open to everyone who works, resides or is in education in our Common Bond, which covers Navan Town and the area broadly within a five mile radius of the town. Credit Union Plus is serving the community of Navan for over 50 years!
The members of a Credit Union are also the owners. You have a right to know how the Credit Union is performing, and you are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting where you can contribute to discussions about Credit Union matters and to elect to office people who will have the general good of the membership at heart. This unique structure ensures that Credit Union Plus remains focused on the needs of its members which leads to better service for our members.
Apart from the dividends that we pay each year, there’s also the satisfaction of knowing that the money you save with us stays in the community, helping your family, your friends, your neighbours and local businesses. Joining Credit Union Plus couldn’t be easier. If you qualify for membership (you must live, work or be in education in the Navan, Clonmellon, Ballyjamesduff, Ballivor or Dunshaughlin areas) and wish to join the Credit Union, you need to bring in three forms of identification to any of our offices in order to comply with the Criminal Justice Act 2010 relating to all financial institutions.

Please note that you will need to make an appointment to open a new account in the Navan office. This can be done by phone or by emailing info@creditunionplus.ie
If you live outside of our common bond but are employed or in education in the area you will still qualify for membership. You will need to provide evidence of your employment (e.g. letter from employer-confirming address of employment), in addition to the above items.
You will also be required to lodge €10.00 into your new account to activate membership.
