The credit union holds an investment intermediary authorisation and is in the process of revoking our authorisation for this service, which we are required to notify members of.
This formal revocation process is expected to complete before 2026. As there has been no activity in this area over several years, we do not expect this to impact any members.
It should be noted that any complaint or potential claim made post-revocation may not be covered by our professional indemnity insurance (PII) policy.
