What information can I access?

The Online Banking Service allows members to view & transact on their account online and within the Credit Union Plus Mobile App, at any time. 

You can view your account balances, view your statement of transactions, print a statement, and apply for new products and services like Loans and Current Accounts too.  You can also communicate with staff using the messaging service.  

Online members can now use our new fund transfer service. You can pay bills, transfer to bank accounts or any other Credit Union account and transfer between balances within your own account.

Who can avail of online membership?

Any member (over the age of 18) of Credit Union Plus can now register to become an online member. Unfortunately association accounts (groups / clubs etc.) cannot be registered.

How do I become an online member?

You will need to register as an online member to gain access to your account. Click on the online members’ area to register. You will be asked to key in the following information on your application:


Create a username (numbers or combination of numbers and letters)


Enter your Credit Union account number


Enter your name as it appears on your account


Enter your date of birth


Enter your contact telephone number


Enter your Email address


Create your own password (8-20 characters), and repeat. Press confirm.

Your application is then sent for processing. You will be issued with an 8-digit PIN instantly by text. Once you receive your PIN, you will be able to login.

I’m registered, how do I log in?

Logging in is easy, all you need is your username, password and you will receive a One-Time Passcode via SMS. Remember all details are case sensitive, so be sure you key the information in correctly!
