Flexible repayment options

The maximum term on our mortgages is 35 years, and we can help you choose a term length that suits you. Choose repayments that suit your needs weekly, fortnightly or monthly. All our mortgages have an overpayment and early repayment option, meaning you could save on the cost of credit. And there’s another important difference… Our mortgage interest rates aren’t directly affected by ECB rate increases and won’t automatically increase in line with ECB rate increases.
