Who can avail of online membership?

Any member (over the age of 18) of Credit Union Plus can now register to become an online member. Unfortunately association accounts (groups / clubs etc.) cannot be registered.

What information can I access?

This service allows members to view their account online, at any time from the comfort of your own computer. You can view your account balances, view your statement of transactions and print a statement. You can also communicate with staff using the messaging service.  Online members can now use our new fund transfer service. You can pay bills, transfer to bank accounts or any other Credit Union account and transfer between balances within your own account. So what are you waiting for? Try it out – apply today!

How do I become an online member?

You will need to register as an online member to gain access to your account. Click on the online members’ area to register. You will be asked to key in the following information on your application:

  • Create a username (numbers or combination of numbers and letters)
  • Enter your Credit Union account number
  • Enter your name as it appears on your account
  • Enter your date of birth
  • Enter your contact telephone number
  • Enter your Email address
  • Create your own password (8-20 characters), and repeat. Press confirm.

 

Your application is then sent for processing. You will be issued with a pin which may take 3-4 days; this will be posted out to your current address. Once you receive your pin, you will be able to login.

*If you hold a joint account and wish to become an online member you will need to enter the relevant details in relation to the first named person on that account.

I’m registered, how do I log in?

Logging in is easy, all you need is your username, password and pin. Remember they are case sensitive, so be sure you key the information in correctly!
